Key Responsibilities |
Develop and maintain relationships with Trade, Corporate, and Government clients. Manage sales processes and meet sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to Trade and Industry partners. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. |
Skills Requirements |
Languages: Arabic / English Qatar Driving License Proven experience in airline sales or a related field (minimum 2-3 years in GCC). Strong understanding of the airline industry and sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Direct reporting to Gulf Air Country Manager, under the GSA. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sabre Turbo). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns. |
Preferred Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field. Certification in airline sales or travel industry (e.g., IATA certification). |
